  • 6 cups • vegetable or chicken broth
  • 1 teaspoon • dried oregano
  • 1 teaspoon • dried basil
  • 1/2 teaspoon • dried thyme
  • • Salt and pepper to taste
  • 1 cup • small pasta (such as ditalini or elbow macaroni)
  • 1 can • kidney beans, drained and rinsed (15 ounces)
  • 2 cups • baby spinach leaves

Instructions
  1. Heat olive oil in a large pot over medium heat. Add onion, carrots, and celery. Cook until vegetables are softened, about 5-7 minutes.
