Ingredients:
  • 1 • banana, frozen
  • 1/2 cup • frozen mixed berries (strawberries, blueberries, raspberries)
  • 1/2 cup • Greek yogurt
  • 1/2 cup • almond milk (or any milk of choice)
  • 1 tablespoon • honey or maple syrup (optional)
  • Toppings:
  • • Fresh fruits (sliced bananas, berries, kiwi)
  • • Nuts and seeds (chia seeds, flaxseeds, sliced almonds)

Instructions
