1. In a large mixing bowl, combine the sourdough starter and warm water. Mix until the starter is dissolved.

2. Add the flour and salt to the bowl. Mix until a rough dough forms.

3. Turn the dough out onto a lightly floured surface and knead for about 10 minutes, until the dough is smooth and elastic.

4. Place the dough in a lightly greased bowl, cover with a damp cloth, and let rise in a warm place for 4-6 hours, or until doubled in size.

5. Turn the dough out onto a lightly floured surface and shape into a round loaf. Place the loaf on a piece of parchment paper and cover with a damp cloth. Let rise for another 1-2 hours, or until puffy.

6. Preheat the oven to 450°F (230°C) with a Dutch oven inside.

7. Carefully remove the hot Dutch oven from the oven and place the dough, along with the parchment paper, into the pot. Cover with the lid and bake for 20 minutes.
