Ingredients

  • 1 • red bell pepper, sliced
  • 1 • yellow bell pepper, sliced
  • 1 • green bell pepper, sliced
  • 1 large • onion, sliced
  • 2 cups • mushrooms, sliced
  • 2 cloves • garlic, minced
  • 1 tsp • ground cumin
  • 1 tsp • chili powder
  • 1/2 tsp • smoked paprika
  • • Salt and pepper to taste
  • • Tortillas, for serving

Instructions
