For the Fajitas:

  • 2 tablespoons • olive oil
  • 1 • red bell pepper, thinly sliced
  • 1 • yellow bell pepper, thinly sliced
  • 1 • green bell pepper, thinly sliced
  • 1 large • onion, thinly sliced
  • 1 • lime, juiced

  • • Tortillas (flour or corn)
    • For the Marinade:
  • 2 tablespoons • olive oil
  • 2 cloves • garlic, minced
  • 1 tablespoon • lime juice
  • 1 teaspoon • chili powder
  • 1 teaspoon • ground cumin
  • 1 teaspoon • smoked paprika
  • 1/2 teaspoon • oregano
  • • Salt and pepper, to taste
  • 2 tablespoons • olive oil
