  • 1 • pie crust (homemade or store-bought)
  • 6 slices • bacon, chopped
  • 1 cup • shredded Swiss cheese
  • 1/2 cup • grated Parmesan cheese
  • 1/4 cup • finely chopped onion
  • 1 1/2 cups • half-and-half cream
  • 4 large • eggs
  • 1/4 teaspoon • salt
  • 1/4 teaspoon • ground white pepper
  • 1/4 teaspoon • ground nutmeg
Instructions
  1. 1. Preheat the oven to 375°F (190°C). Place the pie crust in a 9-inch pie dish and crimp the edges. Set aside.
  2. 2. In a skillet, cook the chopped bacon over medium heat until crisp. Remove bacon with a slotted spoon and drain on paper towels. Set aside.
  3. 3. In a mixing bowl, combine the shredded Swiss cheese, grated Parmesan cheese, and finely chopped onion. Spread the mixture evenly over the bottom of the pie crust.
