  • 3 large • eggs
  • 2 tablespoons • milk or water
  • • Salt and pepper, to taste
  • 1 tablespoon • butter
  • 1/4 cup • shredded cheese (cheddar, mozzarella, or your choice)
  • 1/4 cup • cooked ham, bacon, or sausage
  • 1/4 cup • chopped vegetables (mushrooms, bell peppers, onions, spinach)
Instructions
  1. 1. In a bowl, whisk together the eggs, milk or water, salt, and pepper.
  2. 2. Heat the butter in a non-stick skillet over medium heat.
  3. 3. Pour the egg mixture into the skillet and let it cook undisturbed for a few seconds until it starts to set around the edges.
