Ingredients
  • 20 large • mushrooms
  • 8 oz • cream cheese, softened (225 g)
  • 3 cloves • garlic, minced
  • 1/4 cup • breadcrumbs
  • 2 tbsp • fresh parsley, chopped
  • 1/4 cup • parmesan cheese, grated
  • • Salt and pepper to taste
  • • Olive oil for drizzling
Instructions
  1. 1. Preheat your oven to 375°F (190°C).
  2. 2. Clean the mushrooms and remove the stems. Chop the stems finely and set aside.
  3. 3. In a medium bowl, mix the cream cheese, minced garlic, breadcrumbs, chopped mushroom stems, parsley, and parmesan cheese. Season with salt and pepper.
  4. 4. Stuff each mushroom cap with the cream cheese mixture.
  5. 5. Place the stuffed mushrooms on a baking sheet and drizzle with a little olive oil.
