  • 1 teaspoon • vanilla extract
  • 4 large • eggs
  • 2/3 cup • sour cream
  • 2/3 cup • heavy cream
Instructions
  1. Preheat Oven: Preheat the oven to 325°F (163°C).

  2. Prepare Crust: Mix graham cracker crumbs, sugar, and melted butter until combined. Press the mixture into the bottom of a springform pan. Bake for 10 minutes, then cool.

  3. Make Filling: Beat the cream cheese until smooth. Gradually add sugar, mixing until combined. Add vanilla, then eggs one at a time, beating after each addition. Mix in sour cream and heavy cream until smooth.

  4. Bake Cheesecake: Pour filling over the crust. Bake for 1 hour and 10 minutes, or until the center is set. Turn off the oven and let the cheesecake cool inside with the door slightly open for about 1 hour.

  5. Chill: Remove cheesecake from the oven and refrigerate for at least 4 hours, preferably overnight, before serving.
