Ingredients
  • 4 cups • shredded cabbage (green or Napa cabbage)
  • 1 cup • shredded carrots
  • 1 • red bell pepper, thinly sliced
  • 2 • green onions, thinly sliced
  • • Sesame ginger dressing (recipe below)
  • Sesame Ginger Dressing:
  • 1/4 cup • soy sauce
  • 2 tablespoons • rice vinegar
  • 1 tablespoon • honey
  • 1 tablespoon • sesame oil
  • 1 teaspoon • grated fresh ginger
  • 1 • garlic clove, minced
  • • Salt and black pepper to taste
Instructions
  1. Prepare the Dressing: In a small bowl, whisk together soy sauce, rice vinegar, honey, sesame oil, grated ginger, minced garlic, salt, and black pepper until well combined. Set aside.
