Ingredients
  • 2 racks • pork ribs
  • 2 tbsp • brown sugar
  • 2 tbsp • paprika
  • 1 tbsp • garlic powder
  • 1 tbsp • onion powder
  • 1 tsp • black pepper
  • 1 tsp • salt
  • 1 tsp • cayenne pepper (optional)
  • 2 cups • barbecue sauce
Instructions
  1. Preheat oven to 300°F (150°C).
  2. In a small bowl, mix brown sugar, paprika, garlic powder, onion powder, black pepper, salt, and cayenne pepper.
  3. Rub the spice mixture evenly over the ribs.
  4. Wrap each rack of ribs tightly in aluminum foil and place on a baking sheet.
  5. Bake for 2.5-3 hours, until the ribs are tender.
  6. Preheat the grill to medium-high heat.
  7. Remove the ribs from the foil and brush with barbecue sauce.
  8. Grill the ribs for 5-10 minutes, basting with more sauce and turning occasionally, until caramelized and slightly charred.
