The Alaska Alcoholic Beverage Control regulates the selling, serving, and consumption of alcoholic beverages. Training is compulsory for employees involved in the selling and servicing of alcoholic beverages. Please note that persons aged 18-20 years can work on licensed premises but may not sell and serve alcoholic beverages. An individual needs to be of 21 years of age to consume or purchase alcohol in the state of Alaska.
